WHEN BOOKING

Please indicate your arrival time and any intolerances, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check-in is from 1:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please notify us of any changes at the time of booking.

GENERAL: All rates (unless otherwise specified) are per room per night, based on two adults sharing a room. The tourist tax is the responsibility of the guest: €1 per person per night for up to 7 nights.

Minimum stay: Depending on the period.
Deposit: According to the cancellation policy.

RATES

Breakfast is not included in the "STANDARD RATE." Breakfast is available at the hotel for €5 per guest per night, or you can request it specifically in the special requests section.

BREAKFAST is included in the "RATE WITH BREAKFAST" and is per room per night, based on two adults sharing the same room, including breakfast.
Breakfast for children aged 0 to 2 years is not included in the rate. Breakfast can be requested at the hotel for €5 per CHILD per night or can be specifically requested in the special requests section.

CHILDREN

Guests aged 0 to 2 years are considered children. All guests aged 3 years or older are considered adults.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTED BY THE PROPERTY

All reservations require a DEPOSIT to be confirmed. This deposit must be paid within the timeframe and in the manner specified in the cancellation policy.

The balance of your reservation will be paid in accordance with the cancellation policy.
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO AGREE ON A PAYMENT METHODS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

Cancellation Policy: Flexible 30 Days with Free Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Guests will be asked to pay a 30% deposit as a guarantee if bookings are made more than 30 days in advance. Otherwise, the amount to be paid is equal to the total amount of the reservation.
If the guest cancels the reservation before the penalty period, the deposit will be refunded.
If the guest cancels the reservation within the penalty period (0 to 30 days before arrival), the deposit paid can be used at a future stay at our property, subject to availability.
If the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.
If paying by card, the reservation is confirmed IMMEDIATELY.
To confirm the reservation immediately, you must enter the details of a valid credit card.
The card will be used to charge the deposit.
The remaining portion (balance of the reservation) will be charged to the credit card upon arrival (the same day as check-in) or at the end of the penalty period, unless otherwise specified by the guest.
The property reserves the right to verify card availability and will inform the guest if there are insufficient funds for the deposit or balance.
When paying by bank transfer, the booking confirmation is NOT IMMEDIATE; a receipt of payment must be sent to the property via email or other social media channels used by both parties (WhatsApp, messaging, etc.) AFTER THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.
The remaining balance (booking balance) will be paid by the guest at the property.

If the cancellation policy does not suit your needs, OTHER PAYMENT TERMS CAN BE AGREED.

PET: The property is suitable for pets only in certain room types.
